  • Exterior finishes: Combination of masonry and metal cladding exsulation wall system
  • SBS roofing system used for the C-Store roof

Construction Requirements:

  • Continuous flight piles (CFP) used for building foundations due to soil conditions
  • Structural slab construction used for carwash interior slabs & entrance/exit ramps
  • Concrete masonry wall structure c/w 8” hollow core roof panels used for the carwash
  • Exterior finishes: Combination of masonry and metal cladding exsulation wall system
  • SBS roofing system used for the carwash roof


Canopy:          246m2

  • 3 pump, 6 lane retail fuel service consisting of:
  • 1 – 100,000 liter underground storage tank:
    • 100,000 litres regular grade fuel
    • 1 – 100,000 liter compartmentalized tank:
      • 50,000 liters premium grade
      • 50,000 liters diesel fuel
