Ted Commandeur
President & Project Manager

Ted has been with Kor Alta since it started in 1991, He has both field and office experience on major construction and industrial projects throughout Western Canada

Ken Corbett, G.S.C

Vice President & Project Manager
Ken has been in charge of construction and renovation numerous commercial and residential projects, including, townhouse complexes, and commercial retail outlets



Tyler Lemmens, P.ENG., G.S.C

Vice President & Project Manager

Tyler has been involved with the construction field since 2001. Starting with Kor Alta Construction in 2003, he has been in charge of Commercial, Institutional, and Residential projects covering a large range of sizes and scopes.

Shawn Sampson, P.ENG., G.S.C., LEED

Director of Business Development & Project Manager

Shawn is a professional Civil Engineer who started his career with a major soils and environmental company before joining the Kor Alta team.

Kent Buchanan

Kent manages our accounting operations, preparing budgets, financial statements and forecasts/ensures we are in compliance with provincial and federal reporting requirements and tax filings. He also helps to develop processes and procedures for maintaining and strengthening our internal controls.

Roger Collier, G.S.C.

Project Co-ordinator & Project Manager
Roger joined Kor Alta Construction in 2013 as a project coordinator. He has been involved in many significant projects with Kor Alta and has advanced to a Project Managment Position where he continues to have increased roles and responsibilities on projects. Roger is based out of our Red Deer Office



Kevin Skripitsky, C.E.T., G.S.C.

Project Manager

Kevin is a Civil Engineering Technology graduate from NAIT. He has over 30 year’s experience in the construction industry, working with a Kor Alta since 2007. He has participated in, managed and completed numerous residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Western Canada, North West Territories and Ontario

Robin Bosch, G.S.I.

Project Co-ordinator & Human Resources

Robin has been in the construction field since 1989. She has been involved in varied roles in all different aspects of the construction industry for commercial, institutional and residential projects. Robin has developed and maintained a thorough understanding of construction and project management. She is currently working on attaining her Gold Seal Certificate in Project Management.



Petra Schmidt, G.S.C.

Project Co-ordinator 

Petra has worked in the construction industry since 1995 and for Kor Alta Since 2008. She started out as a legal and notary secretary in Germany and switched over to construction field in 1995 before she came to Canada in 1998. She assets the Project Managers in all the daily tasks involved in successfully completing the construction projects included contracts, purchased orders, scheduling, correspondence with supplies and trades.

Seethal Francis

QA & QC Manager
Seethal has over 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control roles for various industrial and commercial projects, including major oil and gas projects. Responsible for overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the Koralta’s Quality Management System (QMS), that it  meet or surpass to ISO: 9001, Customer expectations, External,  internal and legal requirements.

Joe Zeller

Project Manager

Joe is based out of our Vermilion Office.

Geoff Godlonton, R.S.E., T.T.


Geoff worked in Residential Construction as a carpenter and eventually became a Certified Journeyman Carpenter with a Red Seal. After attaining his Red Seal, Geoff studied Construction Engineering Technology at NAIT.



Greg Kruse, PA. CSSE CCHST

Corporate Safety Officer

“Dr. Greg” as we call him! He started out as an engineer in the Canadian Armed Force, went to Medical School in Borden Ontario, and became one of the first Paramedics’s and Physician Assistants, where his work and studies went to Occupational Health and Safety, University. Certified with the CCOHS in investigations and inspections and member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering. In the industry since 1979, oilfield, manufacturing and now construction, as a Practitioner; Dr, Greg; contributes to our safety culture!

Equipment Manager

Equipment Manager
Peter maintains our equipment, as well as delivers equipment to sites.



Chris Aster

Project Accountant

Chris has been working in the field of accounting since 1993, 10 years public practice and she has been with Kor Alta since 2003. She work with payables, receivables, and manages all contract billings and holdbacks

Kristen McIsaac, BA.

Payroll/Benefits Manager, Human Resources, & Special Projects Accounting

Kristen is responsible for payroll, benefits & human resources of our employees. She also works with payables and receivables for special projects. She develops improvements on our payroll and office processes and procedures, in addition to assisting with our estimating department.



Ralph W. Corbett


One of the original two founders of Kor Alta,
Ralph has retired after 48 years of building better!
